Hear from Rachel about what she’s learnt and more about what she does at Callisto.
What is your background in quality?
Prior to joining Callisto, I had not worked in Quality or the Pharmaceutical industry so everything I have learned has been through my apprenticeship and Callisto. Now I have been with Callisto over 3 years and can’t believe how much my knowledge and confidence has grown since my first day.
What made you want to undertake further training in quality management and why did you choose this qualification?
I had never really been good at taking exams and always found in school that subjects with coursework suited my skillset more. When the opportunity to complete this apprenticeship came about, I saw it as a great way to keep working alongside studying and learning about quality within other industries as well as pharmaceutical.
What new skills have you learnt that will impact your work for Callisto and our clients?
Throughout the apprenticeship, I was tasked with aiding clients with their quality queries, which helped me develop my communication and problem-solving skills. I worked closely with clients to understand their quality concerns and provided them with solutions and recommendations tailored to their specific needs. This experience not only enhanced my ability to communicate complex technical information effectively but also deepened my understanding of the importance of quality in client relationships.
My quality apprenticeship experience was an invaluable learning opportunity that allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world practice. I am excited to continue applying my knowledge and expertise to drive quality improvements within Callisto.
