Charlie Mayes Completes His Management Apprenticeship

Here at Callisto we are focused on employee development and training. Recently our Regulatory Manager Charlie has undertaken an apprenticeship in management and leadership to further develop his skills within his role and Callisto.

“Callisto enabled me to undertake a Management and Leadership apprenticeship to enhance my leadership skills and improve my ability to navigate the complexities of managing and being involved in multidisciplinary teams.

This course provided me with a structured approach to developing essential skills, such as decision making, communication, and team management, which are crucial in my role as a Regulatory Affairs Manager in a growing and thriving consultancy.

Throughout the apprenticeship, I learned about effective leadership techniques, strategic thinking, and how to manage and motivate people with diverse skill sets.
